Cancel,Return and Replacement Policy
At Astrakart.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is the key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.
If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e. 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state then you are completely protected. Astrakart offers a 7 days return guarantee for all such items.
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
We will also not be able to accept the return if,
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Is used/worn or altered
- Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Serial Number is tampered.
- Anything missing if you have received price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Fragile items, hygiene related items.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order.
If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy exchange/ replacement policy.
You can exchange/ replace if you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason.
All you need to do is to inform us within a day of receiving the parcel by writing into us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 080 4545 7575.
There will be extra charges for replacing. Exchange/ replacement facility can be made available only once per transaction.
You are liable to get an exchange/ replacement in case:
- We have shipped a wrong product.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The merchandise has been damaged during
Refunds are issued when
Seller cannot provide replacement
When a dispute has been ruled in your favor.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We understand that there are times when you need to cancel the order for reasons unforeseen, in such cases: We need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by writing to us at email@example.com.
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email.
